Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder.
Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll up the pastry tightly, then cut into 1/2-inch slices.
Place the pinwheels onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian herbs.
