Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder.
  • Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Roll up the pastry tightly, then cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Place the pinwheels onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of Italian herbs.
