Chicken Alfredo

Creamy, rich Chicken Alfredo made with tender chicken, fettuccine pasta, and a luscious Alfredo sauce. A classic comfort food!

  • 1 pound Chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • cup Olive oil
  • 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • teaspoon Salt to taste
  • teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately with a side salad and garlic bread.
