Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook chicken breasts in a pan with salt and pepper until cooked through. Shred the chicken.
In the same pan, add flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream, peas, chicken and ham.
Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish. Top with puff pastry.
Whisk egg and brush over the pastry. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot and enjoy! This pie is even better the next day.
