Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and no longer pink.

Add asparagus, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until asparagus is tender-crisp and garlic and ginger are fragrant.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Notes
This stir fry is easily adaptable. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
