Chicken Burrito Bowls

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Preparation Steps

  • Season chicken breast with chili powder and salt. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until cooked through.
  • Shred chicken and set aside.
  • In individual bowls, layer rice, black beans, corn, chicken, salsa, and cheese.
