Chicken Cordon Bleu
Delicious chicken breast filled with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and pan-fried to golden perfection. A classic comfort food recipe.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
Fold the chicken over to enclose the ham and cheese.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes or green beans.
