Chicken Enchilada Casserole
A delicious and easy chicken enchilada casserole recipe perfect for weeknight dinners. Layers of tortillas, shredded chicken, and a creamy sauce are baked to perfection.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of the dish.
Dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce and layer 4-5 tortillas in the dish.
Top with half of the chicken, half of the sour cream, and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining tortillas, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
