Chicken Foil Packs

Easy and delicious chicken foil packs, perfect for a weeknight meal. Chicken and veggies are cooked to perfection in their own juices.

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide chicken and vegetables among four sheets of aluminum foil.
  • Fold foil to create sealed packets.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Serve immediately. Can be enjoyed as a main course or side dish.
