Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Divide chicken and vegetables among four sheets of aluminum foil.
Fold foil to create sealed packets.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
