Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook chicken breast until fully cooked. Let cool and shred or dice.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, noodles, carrots, celery, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the chicken and noodle mixture and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
