  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, and brown sugar to prepare the marinade.
  • Add chicken strips to marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
