Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
In a large skillet, cook the sliced chicken sausage over medium heat until browned.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
