Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Combine well.
Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
