Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

A giant chocolate chip cookie, baked in a pie crust! This Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is a fun and delicious dessert.

Ingredients
  

Pie Crust

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Cookie Filling

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Get Started

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.

Make the Cookie Filling

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract and egg.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.

Assemble and Bake

  • Pour the cookie dough into the prepared pie crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
