Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity halfway.
Bake for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
