Chocolate Donut Holes

Delicious and easy to make chocolate donut holes that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity halfway.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
