Chocolate Fudge Recipe

This rich and decadent chocolate fudge is easy to make and perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself. It's smooth, creamy, and intensely chocolatey!

  • 3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips High quality chocolate chips recommended
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.125 tsp Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. You can also add chopped nuts, dried fruit, or other toppings to the fudge before refrigerating.
