Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, including up the sides.
In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan and chill.
Melt butter with marshmallows, chocolate chips and salt until smooth; cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, malt powder, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks; fold into cream cheese mixture.
Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream mixture.
Spread filling over crust and chill 3 to 4 hours until firm.
Notes
These no bake bars are creamy, chocolatey, and perfect for a quick dessert. Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
