A delicious and easy Christmas breakfast casserole with eggs, sausage, cheese, and bread.

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage Cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Large Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bread Cubed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, bread cubes, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce.
