Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat with powdered sugar.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
