Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large saucepan, mix sugar, water, and corn syrup. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil without stirring and allow it to reach 300°F on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and carefully add cinnamon extract and food coloring.
Pour onto a greased pan and allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
