Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
Pour half of the melted butter into the batter and stir until thoroughly combined.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Pour remaining melted butter over the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
Serve warm with a drizzle of icing if desired.
