Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until foamy.
Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a pot, bring 6 cups of water and baking soda to a boil.
Cut the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a log, about 1 inch long.
Dip each pretzel bite in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Place the pretzel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
Toss the pretzel bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve warm and enjoy!
