These easy Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites are soft, chewy, and coated in a delicious cinnamon sugar mixture! Perfect for a snack or dessert.

  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2.25 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup Baking Soda
  • 6 cups Water
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until foamy.
  • Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a pot, bring 6 cups of water and baking soda to a boil.
  • Cut the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a log, about 1 inch long.
  • Dip each pretzel bite in boiling water for 30 seconds.
  • Place the pretzel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Toss the pretzel bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
