Coconut Margarita Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 oz Tequila Blanco or silver
- 2 oz Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
- 2 oz Coconut Cream Not coconut milk
- 1 oz Orange Liqueur Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1 cup Ice
Garnish
- Lime wedge For garnish
- Shredded Coconut For rimming (optional)
Preparation Steps
If desired, rim the glass with shredded coconut. Do this by wetting the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dipping it in a shallow dish of shredded coconut.
In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, coconut cream, and orange liqueur with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
