Cottage cheese chickpea salad

A refreshing and protein-packed salad with cottage cheese and chickpeas.

  • 1 cup Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper
