Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
Shape the mixture into 8 patties and set aside.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
