Crack Burgers Recipe

  • 1.5 pounds Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 burger buns Burger Buns

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Serve the burgers on buns.
