Cracked Out Cheese Ball

This is a delicious and easy-to-make cheese ball, perfect for parties and gatherings. It's packed with flavor and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans, for coating

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve with crackers, vegetables, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

This cheese ball is best served cold. You can customize it with other ingredients like jalapenos or different types of cheese. Enjoy!
