Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in cranberries, white chocolate chips, and orange zest.
Press dough into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate.
Spread frosting over cooled bars and cut into squares.
