Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add corn and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.
