Creamy Chicken Corn Pasta

This creamy chicken corn pasta is a quick and easy weeknight meal. Tender chicken, sweet corn, and a rich, flavorful sauce coat perfectly cooked pasta. It's a family favorite!

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Frozen corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 pound Pasta Your choice (penne, rotini, etc.)

Preparation Steps

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add corn and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.
