Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and corn to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
