Creamy Chicken Corn Pasta

This creamy chicken corn pasta is a family favorite! Tender chicken, sweet corn, and a rich, cheesy sauce come together in this easy weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound Chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 12 ounces Pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped, for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic and corn to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
