This creamy chicken pasta is a quick and easy weeknight meal. Tender chicken, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta come together in under 30 minutes.

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.5 pound Pasta Penne or Rotini
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.25 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
