  • 0.5 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  • Stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
