Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
