Crispy Chicken Burger
This crispy chicken burger is a real treat! Perfectly seasoned chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, served on a toasted bun with all the fixings.

lettuce leaves

mayonnaise

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
In another shallow dish, place flour. In a third shallow dish, place panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Cook the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place chicken breasts in the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Assemble the Burgers
Toast burger buns, if desired.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns.
Place a crispy chicken breast on the bottom bun. Top with lettuce and tomato. Add the top bun and serve.
Notes
Serve with your favorite sides, like french fries or coleslaw!
