Crispy Deep-Fried Marshmallows

These crispy deep-fried marshmallows are a fun and delicious treat! The outside gets perfectly golden brown and crispy, while the inside remains gooey and soft.

  • 24 marshmallows Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Preparation Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully drop a few mini marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the marshmallows with a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  • Toss the fried marshmallows in powdered sugar while still warm.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the powdered sugar.
