Preparation Steps
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully drop a few mini marshmallows into the hot oil. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the marshmallows with a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
Toss the fried marshmallows in powdered sugar while still warm.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the powdered sugar.
