Crock-Pot Pork Chops

Tender and juicy Crock-Pot pork chops are an easy and delicious dinner! This recipe makes the perfect fall-apart tender pork chops with minimal effort.

  • 4 slices Pork Chops
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix

Preparation Steps

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
  • Place seared pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Pour chicken broth and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix over the pork chops.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until pork chops are tender.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
