This Crock-Pot Salsa Ranch Chicken Pasta is a delicious and easy meal perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken, flavorful salsa ranch, and pasta come together for a comforting and satisfying dish.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz salsa Your favorite brand
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 lb pasta rotini or penne
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Pour salsa and ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • About 30 minutes before the end of cooking time, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks. Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional) and serve immediately.

Serve this dish with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
