Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Pour salsa and ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
About 30 minutes before the end of cooking time, cook pasta according to package directions.
Shred the chicken with two forks. Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
Stir in cooked pasta and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
