Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
In a slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and tortilla chips.
