Crock-Pot Taco Soup

This easy Crock-Pot Taco Soup recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight. Just dump everything in the slow cooker and come home to a warm, hearty meal!

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Low Sodium
  • 15 oz Canned Black Beans Drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz Canned Corn Drained
  • 10 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies Rotel
  • 15 oz Canned Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Beef Broth Low Sodium

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • In a slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef, taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and tortilla chips.
