Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Transfer the sausage mixture to the slow cooker. Add the chicken broth, ricotta cheese, lasagna noodles, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the noodles are tender.
Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
