Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

This easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for game days or parties. It's creamy, cheesy, and packed with buffalo flavor.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.75 cup buffalo wing sauce plus more to taste
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided

Preparation Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, except 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the remaining 0.5 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce. You can also add a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles for extra flavor.
