Crockpot Chicken

This crockpot chicken recipe is simple to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken is incredibly tender and flavorful, and the slow cooking method makes it virtually effortless.

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  • Add the onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is great for meal prepping! You can shred the chicken and store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
