Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

This Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti is a creamy, comforting, and easy weeknight meal! Tender chicken, spaghetti noodles, and a rich, cheesy sauce are all cooked together in the slow cooker for a hands-off dinner.

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup butter optional
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Preparation Steps

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Pour in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and milk.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  • Stir in spaghetti noodles. Cook on high for 30-45 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, butter (if using), and Parmesan cheese (if using) until melted and combined. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk or half-and-half. You can also add vegetables like diced onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms to the slow cooker.
