Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Pour in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and milk.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
Stir in spaghetti noodles. Cook on high for 30-45 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Stir in cheddar cheese, butter (if using), and Parmesan cheese (if using) until melted and combined. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use whole milk or half-and-half. You can also add vegetables like diced onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms to the slow cooker.
