Preparation Steps
Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together buffalo wing sauce and honey. Pour over meatballs.
Cook on low for 3 hours, or on high for 1.5 hours.
Stir in ranch dressing just before serving.

Serve with toothpicks and enjoy! Optional: Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.
