This delicious croissant breakfast casserole is the perfect make-ahead brunch dish! Flaky croissants, savory sausage, creamy cheese, and eggs combine for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

  • 8 count large croissants
  • 1 pound bulk sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 count large eggs
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cut the croissants into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the croissants. Sprinkle with the cooked sausage and cheese.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
