Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Hard-boil eggs. Once cooled, peel and mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
Combine cooked pasta, mashed yolk mixture, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped bacon or dill. You can also adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
