Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Creamy deviled egg pasta salad, perfect for potlucks or a light lunch. This recipe combines cooked pasta, deviled eggs, mayonnaise, and your favorite veggies for a delicious and satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb Pasta (elbows, rotini, or your favorite shape)
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Celery
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Hard-boil eggs. Once cooled, peel and mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
  • Combine cooked pasta, mashed yolk mixture, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped bacon or dill. You can also adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
