Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

A refreshing and tangy pasta salad perfect for summer barbecues or potlucks. This recipe features dill pickles, creamy dressing, and your favorite pasta.

  • 1 lb Pasta (rotini, farfalle, or your favorite shape)
  • 1 cup Dill pickle relish
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Fresh or dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, dill pickle relish, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped celery or red onion. You can also substitute other types of pickles for the dill pickles.
