  • In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with fresh berries and maple syrup for a festive touch.
