  • 1.5 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 oz Jello Different flavors

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the jello.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
