This Eclair Cake is an easy no-bake dessert that tastes just like cream puffs! It's made with graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and a rich chocolate frosting.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. You may need to break some to fit.
Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers. Spread evenly.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
