Preparation Steps
In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to combine.
Serve hot.
Notes
