  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to combine.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
