  • 1.5 lb Salmon fillet, skin on or off cut into 4 portions
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or more to taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 bunch Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the firecracker glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be nicely caramelized.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
