Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the firecracker glaze.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be nicely caramelized.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over rice or with roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
